Smoking causes heart diseases, blood pressure, series of cancers such as, lung cancer, mouth cancer and throat cancer. I have noticed that many people in my relatives who smoked all their youth quit smoking in their forties after experiencing heart attacks.

Some of the people don’t even quit after they realize they are having health issues. This is all because of being addicted to nicotine. There are several brands of cigarettes and people assume some different brands will affect them less. The fact is whether you smoke the “lights” or the “regular” brands, it will affect your health either ways. The most health ruining cigarette is the menthol brands which not only gives you health problems like regular cigarette but also can cause a man impotency. Smoking does not only cause health issues, but in depth it makes you look bad in front of many people and own families.

Smokers can cause themselves as a bad image human being since it represents their personality and make them smell bad. A husband who smokes while being with his wife and kids may cause them serious breathing problems. Second hand smoke is what also smokers cause to their surrounding people, which is more awful than first hand smoking. Quitting nicotine is never easy but its not impossible, will power is all smokers need and sake of their beloved ones and quit on nicotine, there are several anti-nicotine classes and seminars all over the world so that smokers can know the bright side of quitting nicotine.

Smoking is not legalized till you are the age of nineteen but yet we see young ones smoking and it’s sad to know how they will suffer later in life. Smoking gradually affects your whole body where a person starts realizing shortage of breathing or dry skin and headaches.

There are some new ways of quitting in the market such as the nicotine gum and the patches but I believe they are costly and not yet helping, which makes people spend eight dollars on cigarette instead of buying the nicotine gum for seventy dollars. Many people also don’t smoke in front of their family members such as their parents or wife, husband and children’s, but off course it makes their breathe and clothes smell awful that no one wants to hang around them. Smelling bad can affect social life and personal life.

Smoking is never so good choice weather it is to look cool to showoff or lowering the stress. In conclusion I would like to say that smoking is like tasting death everyday gradually so therefore smoking should be abandoned for long living lives and helping others to quit. Government should run an educational anti smoking campaign where smokers can quit nicotine and avoid it for rest of their lives. One successful quitter can make thousands of other smokers quit with sharing the understandings of health consequences.

As most common smokers do not feel they are at any more of a risk to get a heart attack or cancer when they smoke. Smoking is still the most important preventable cause of heart attack and cancer in the United States. Doctors should try to identify and educate their patients to the prospective health risks of smoking as much as possible to stop all of these preventable deaths. I am sure if smokers were not addicted they could be millions of quitters of smoking everyday. An alternative of smoking can be an electronic cigarette which is not harmful and can help people quit.

Doctors should help their patient quit and advise them benefits of quitting. There are evergreen benefits of quitting nicotine. Quitting nicotine can make your life style healthy and make the person look great. Social life and personal life is improved, also a quitter feels positive about not ever smoking again and helping others quit as well. A quitter may see soon as possible healthy results in daily life such as instead of smoking could make him or her walk or take a mile run to lower stress.
